Worldwide Director, Flavors and Fragrances | Colgate Palmolive Company
It is my pleasure to strongly recommend Isabelle Van Ingen.
As a leader of the Fragrance department at Colgate-Palmolive, I had the privilege of interacting with Isabelle on several projects. I was always very impressed with her passion and knowledge of the fragrance world and, most importantly, the Sanex brand.
Isabelle was an instrumental partner when developing most of the iconic fragrances for the brand. Her vision and guidance were essential for the evolution of numerous variants, and her proactivity allowed us to be ahead of incoming trends.
Isabelle’s professionalism, dedication, great personality, and insightful direction were appreciated by the marketing and technology teams supporting the Sanex brand. She will always be considered a great partner to work with.
Global R& D Director | Unilever
I had the pleasure of working with Isabelle on a large fragrance simplification project for our Home & Hygiene portfolio.
Thanks to her FMCG and fragrance expertise she was able to recommend the right alternatives from the portfolio halving the total number of fragrances used.
Her collaborative way of working, expert knowledge and passion for fragrances were key for the success delivered. I can absolutely recommend Isabelle for anyone in need of fragrance support.
Team Building Workshops
Tailor-made perfume workshops as team building exercises. Participants work in small groups to develop a perfume, a concept and name, a concept board with photos and colours, and a short presentation. These workshops are ideal for teams that need to learn how to best work together or as a fun company event.
